EM7440 Wheel Balancer

The new Corghi EM7440 balancer is extremely ergonomic in its design. The machine has a wide level surface offering plenty of space to accommodate weights and accessories. A key feature is the introduction of a 40mm shaft and a greater distance between flange face and balancer. This gives the operator unrivalled access for the application of hidden weights and the ability to carry loads up to 75kg.

Other features include:

Low balancing speed 70 – 98 rpm helps to minimize wheel spin times, saving energy, reducing the risk associated with rotating parts and increasing the machine's length of service.
Automatic sensors for measuring distance and diameter and for adhesive weight application in the popular “ALU-P” program.
Automatic positioning at the end of the spin cycle, with wheel rotation in both directions
Rear-lit display with high definition graphics and an adjustable display head according to the operator’s needs.

All these features add up to provide a very versatile and comprehensive wheel balancer.
