Compounds - Hot Cure
Uncured sheet rubber specially compounded for hard wearing characteristics after application of heat/pressure in a vulcaniser. Use with AP02036/7 hot solution.

Notes:
(1) Vulcanising fluid VF99 or heavy duty HD100 are used for chemical cure or combined with Code AP02036/7/8 for hot cure.
(2) Unit and injury sizes in mm.
(3) Certain COI Repair Unit injury sizes shown exceed those specified by BSAU159.
(4) The size of damage is determined after preparation, measured at base of injury and accepts that tyre is suitable for repair in all other aspects.
(5) All injuries exposing steel or carcass cords should also be sealed using Apaseal Tyre Dough, A & B Compound Multiplast filler or Hot Cure Compounds.
(6) All reinforced repair materials for damage over 6mm are marked showing direction of application.
(7) Good preparation is the key to permanent repairs. Use Superbuff to aid repair surfaces being correctly buffed and chemically clean.
(8) All above materials manufactured to BSAU159. Other repair units can be made to customer specification.
